This course consists of 24 credits. Whicis achieved through completing 4 achievement standards, 3 internal and 1 external folio. An indepth drawing study is completed where studnets generate subject that is then developed into painting and extended in to a print or sculpture. the folio is 1 A1 panels which shows a body of worked materials tha has been gerneated, developed and clarified.
This course offers 24 credits overall to its students. Twelve credits are externally assessed and twelve are internally assessed. Throughout the course students should gain: Basic computer skills, digital camera/electronic manipulation. By the end of the course students should be able to follow the design process using a brief, and will complete a final folio for presentation at the end of the year.
Design level 2 is a practical Art course where you will generate art using a range of digital media. Software use includes Photoshop and Illustrator. A total of 24 Credits are on offer in this course, 12 Internal and 12 External.
This course is an introduction to Photography. Students will research artist models and learn to evaluate and develop ideas. In addition to this students will also learn how to use and control the functions on a camera effectively.
